Giveaway: Tickets to Wizard of Oz at The Paramount – new Andrew Lloyd Webber production!

My friends’ daughter K (who is a very smart Kindergartener) has a birthday coming up, so I’m surprising her with a night out to see The Wizard of Oz! I have to say, the idea of seeing this show with her, being able to watch the magic of this timeless story unfold live on stage through her eyes, has me incredibly giddy.

This new Wizard of Oz production is from musical legend Andrew Lloyd Webber and based on the MGM screenplay. You’ll hear all your favorite songs from the movie (thankfully! I love the Scarecrow’s song most of all!) plus new songs by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.  From the photos I’ve seen, the sets and costumes look absolutely magical.

The show plays the Paramount Theatre in downtown Seattle October 9th – 13th. Buy tickets here.

Enter to win two tickets to the October 10, 2013 matinee (1pm) production of Wizard of Oz!

  1. The cowardly lion has always held a special place for me since he overcame so much to be a hero. There is also a special person in my life who adores everything Oz and would be absolutely thrilled to attend this show.
