As of last week, I’ve been alcohol free for two years!
Thank you, everyone, for letting me share this celebration with you!
And, YES! I’m always happy to chat about my experience and this type of change, if folks are curious or are looking for some extra support.
I’m so grateful for all the high-five-vibes and the hypnosis/self-hypnosis that have helped me find ease and empowerment in making this change. It has been one of the best choices of my life, bringing more joy than I could have imagined. Thanks to everyone who offered me encouragement and solicited advice along the way.
It feels so freeing and empowering to be in the drivers seat with our relationships with alcohol, whether that’s discovering a happy level of moderation or becoming alcohol free.

And – as I make a point to tell folks whenever the subject comes up – I have NO agenda for anyone’s choices around alcohol.
We all get to find what’s best for each of us.
As always, I’m sending some extra love to all the “upperclassmen” (what I call friends who became AF before I did). Thank you for those early days when I needed those virtual hugs or texts of encouragement. Seeing YOU live AF with joy gave me the hope I needed in those early days. (I love that I get to join you as an “upperclassman” to other AF-curious folks now!)
Sending you love,

Woohoo, Keridwyn! Congratulations! I think it’s been about that long for me, too. Hope you’re doing well otherwise, too.
