Disney on Ice: Rockin’ Ever After November 13 -24!

As soon as I saw Disney on Ice was coming back to the area this month, I immediately sent my sister in law and brother an email to see if my nieces would be free to join me for another excursion. The three of us had our first time experiencing Disney on Ice last year with their “Dare to Dream” show. It was SO much fun – great staging, sets, costumes and magic. And popcorn. Don’t forget the popcorn!

Disney on Ice is coming back (to Kent and Everett) with their new show “Rockin’ Ever After” which will include numbers from The Little Mermaid, Brave, Tangled and Beauty & The Beast.  The show plays Kent November 13 – 18 and Everett 21 -24.  Two Washington State locals are in the cast, Alexander Moss from Yelm (whose role model is his father, figure skater Kurt Browning) and Kristin Cowan from Spokane (who plays Ariel). When asked what they love about performing in this show, Cowan said, “I love the energy and the adrenaline rush of performing. I love seeing the audience enjoying the performance.” Moss said his favorite part of performing is “Being able to bring enjoyment to people and seeing kids’ faces light up.” Well, they won’t be disappointed – the roar of the crowd last year was incredible – the excitement inside the rink was electric and it’s sure to be the same this time around. I feel so lucky to go back again this year for this new show with my two special girls.

A little peek at their show in their youtube video:

CANNOT WAIT to bring my own smart and spirited “princesses” out on this special night. If you know me, you know it takes a lot for me to leave my “Seattle-radius” and this is definitely a reason to hop in the car and go!
