ScoreBig gives Seattleites unique entertainment purchase experience

I was recently contacted by the folks at ScoreBig.com to try out their service. The site lets you make an offer on what you want to pay for tickets to specific entertainment and sporting events – if your offer is accepted you can save up to 60% on tickets (no extra fees, even). It’s pretty fun to play around on and I was able to discover upcoming concerts I hadn’t heard of before.

Most of the events currently listed on the site are sporting events and touring musicians. Sports fans can make offers on tickets to see the Mariners at Safeco Field or the Sounders at CenturyLink to save money for beer at the game. There’s also a nice assortment of live music performances currently on the calendar – Showbox SODO, White River Amphitheater,  The Gorge, WaMu Theatre, Key Arena, and more. The Paramount is even participating currently with tickets to The Book of Mormon.

I imagine ScoreBig would be a fun site to use when planning travel events, as it appears to be active in most states.

I have played around a bit on the site making offers, but haven’t purchased tickets yet – I’ll be sure to comment on this post once I have!

Disclosure: ScoreBig gifted me a gift card to their site in exchange for posting about their service. As always, compensation does not alter my opinion. I continue to only endorse products or services that I enjoy and think my readers might as well.
