A Hypnotherapist steps into a new year…

Hello! Thanks for coming back to Seattle Pockets for my blog reboot.

Look for future posts coming at least twice a month. I’ll be posting about both in-person and online experiences, so even if you live outside of Seattle, there’s likely to be something here for you to enjoy hearing about in just about every post.

(And, as always, feel free to send me suggestions of online or Seattle events/experiences/products/small businesses you’d like me to share.)

Today: a quick post about my day job as a Hypnotherapist! (I used to see clients both online and in-person and now see all clients online – fortunately, Hypnosis works great online!):

As you can imagine, the start of every new year is a *particularly* vibrant time for me as a Hypnotherapist. I’m looking forward to the weeks ahead, from helping folks shift their relationships with food, alcohol, or nicotine, to helping folks find effective ways to find more ease in mitigating stress, worry, and anxiety.

As I reflect on the year behind us, I feel bursts of gratitude for all the remarkable people I get to cross paths with. From incredible friends to awesome Hypnotherapy clients, I feel so fortunate to be in community with all of you! ❤

Here’s something that brought a big smile to my face today – a review from a past client:

“Amazing. I worked with Keridwyn via Zoom. The work was deep, subtle, but powerful. It’s not natural for me to speak my thoughts, express my feelings or even want to explore them. However, I needed help and felt totally at peace with her. Keridwyn is friendly, thought-provoking, and cares about my goals. She’s a deep listener and her ability to dig and guide me through my sessions was powerful and relaxing. My goals became crystallized and – my concerns addressed. I truly felt my work with Keridwyn was beyond measure.” – S. L.
(Thank you, S.L., for these kind words and for taking the time to share this review!)

Of the 400+ Hypnotherapy clients I’ve worked with over the years, dozens have been friends. If you want to see if we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out! I love answering questions about hypnosis and my work.

Sending you love,

Keridwyn
