If you see me this summer, you’ll likely get to meet my newest sidekick. She’s adorable, well organized, and the perfect companion for so many different outings. Don’t let her size fool you. She’s got a lot going on inside!

Who is she? My new Beside-U bag (style: Baker crossbody. Color: Ocean Blue). Ok, I’m the dork that personifies objects, but I only do this with my true favorites. And this baby quickly leaped to the top of the list as my new favorite bag.

Not only is her bold color perfection and her inner lining the perfect mix of cute and stylish, her smart design has so much to offer:

I’m always amazed how much I can fit into this seemingly small bag. I can adjust her straps so she sits right under my forearm when I’m walking in areas I need to be more careful.

Speaking of careful, Beside-U bags feature RFID-blocking pockets that fit your wallet. This means that thieves can’t use electronic card readers to steal your credit card info.

The bag is water resistant and easy to clean. It also fits my ipad mini and notebook, Which means I can head to the beach from a work meeting without having to head home to change bags.

These bags are so incredibly designed. This bag features so many pockets (one in the back that is more hidden against your body when carrying, inner zipper pocket in the large center section, a pen, phone, and a miscellaneous pocket in the front section, and a small front zippered area. I’ve never had my day to day purse be more organized in my life!

I have a feeling this won’t be the first bag Beside-U makes that I own. I’m now eyeing the Azuza crossbody sling bag (I can totally picture biking around burning man this year with that bag in coral pink) and the Gwen tote bag to replace my current carryon for plane travel. But first, I think my Baker crossbody bag needs a name? Too much? It’s just a bag? Maybe. But maybe not. Owning this bag sure has made me happy this year, and summer hasn’t even started! I’m so thrilled I heard about Beside-U on travel blog Jessie on a Journey (check out her adventure through NYC here). I’ve already taken my bag to work meetings, the beach (sand wipes right off!), the spa (no problem getting it a little wet), the park, and parties.
